    E|L1 All Skills is a baseball development group comprised of professional instructors, all having excelled at the highest levels of professional and collegiate baseball. We stand apart from others with a belief that focusing on process helps create self-sufficient athletes who are capable of making quicker adjustments than others.

    What we do:
    E|L1 All Skills is an after-school program that gives players a place to get all of their training done in one stop. We have daily workouts that are focused on three main areas: pitching, hitting and fielding.

We've been working together with your program for the past year to help improve off-season training to ensure that everyone is ready for the season. This is a great opportunity for you to come and get reps/playing time with your high school teammates! The official program will begin on Tuesday, November 5th.

    What to bring: All of your baseball gear. Athletic shoes or turf shoes only, NO CLEATS are allowed in the facility.

    Come and join our professional instructors for a fast-paced camp full of learning and competition! E|L1 is offering a 4-day camp that's focused on helping young players gain the skills necessary to maximize their potential. Whether you're new to the game or looking to play at the next level, we'll make sure that your athlete leaves with the tools and techniques needed to keep getting better!

    We will focus on each of the 5 baseball tools: Hit, Hit for power, Run, Throw (Pitch), and Field. This is your opportunity to come and learn from those who have played at the highest levels and are committed to helping improve the game! We invite all athletes to have fun, learn, and grow in our unique training environment!

    You'll learn the following skills:
    o How to develop your pitching mechanics for both power and command
    o Proper infield technique and footwork
    o Swing mechanics and drills to fine tune your overall approach and increase power.
    o Running technique and drills to increase speed and agility
    o Test yourself with a competition for each skill at the end of the day.

    What to bring:
    o All of your baseball gear
    o Turf shoes or regular athletic shoes should be worn. NO CLEATS are allowed in the facility at any time.
    o Athletic clothing, you can wear baseball pants but it's not necessary.

    The All Skills HS training program is an opportunity for local high schools to come and train with E|L1 instructors to help prepare for the upcoming season. Each team will receive two, 75-minute practice days per week and the practice plan will be developed in collaboration with the head coach. Our goal is to help the team train together so they can hit the ground running when the season begins.

    Why it's different:
    - By working together with the HS head coach, we will ensure that each team is working on exactly the skills they need to be before tryouts begin. This can include specific skills, team drills, team specific language etc.
    - Traditionally, HS players train with their select teams during the off-season. Our program allows them to play together more which gives them the familiarity that can only be developed through repetition.
    - Players get to train with E|L1 staff, which is made up entirely of former college and professional players.
